Our collective is as strong as our therapists. Centered on the belief that a healthy relational dynamic is a conduit for therapeutic change, we prioritize the care and well-being of our therapists. Our work is anchored by several core values, designed with supporting therapists for sustained excellence in care:
Shared commitment to personal growth. Each of our therapists is actively engaged in their own personal growth, committed to professional development as therapists and personal work toward flourishing and well-being.
Evidence-based practices. Our clinical work is informed by empirically-validated best practices, and we foster a community of continued learning. Our therapists can receive professional development funds for continuing education, to ensure they are on the forefront of evidence-based approaches.
Intentionally scaled. We are thoughtful to ensure our therapists have sustainable client lists, to ensure high quality care and avoid burnout. We prioritize quality work with fewer clients and offer ongoing supportive case consultation groups for our clinicians.
The Flourishing Collective will be hiring 2 new therapists in 2025. We are hiring on a rolling basis and welcome therapists who are aligned with our commitment.
