She has extensive experience and enjoys working with adults (18+ years old) experiencing life changes due to divorce, medical issues, caregiver burnout, trauma, or perinatal anxiety or grief. She helps her clients find the coping skills and relationship support that they need to live a flourishing life. Gail works primarily with adults.
